1. Installation of Photovoltaic Power Plants in Family Houses
- Planned Publication: 2nd Quarter 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Natural persons – citizens
- Budget: €10 million
- The Fund offers co-financing of up to 50% of the investment for citizens planning to install solar power plants during 2025.
Local Incentives
1. Co-financing of Energy-Efficient Renovation and Sustainability of Family Housing Units in the City of Samobor in 2025.
- Public Call Status: Open, ongoing until funds are exhausted or the end of the calendar year.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners of existing family houses in the City of Samobor, with residence at the subsidized property address.
- Grant: The City offers co-financing of 10% or a maximum of €1,000.00.
2. Co-financing of Project Documentation Development, Equipment Procurement, and Works Execution for Solar Power Plants in the City of Umag in 2025.
- Public Call Status: Open, ongoing until allocated funds are used, but no later than December 1, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners of houses residing in the City of Umag.
- Grant: The City offers co-financing of up to 40%, with a maximum of €3,000.00.
3. Co-financing of the Costs of Procurement, Installation, and Mounting of Photovoltaic Solar Modules up to 10kW in the City of Dubrovnik
- Public Call Status: Open, ongoing until October 10, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners (with the consent of all co-owners) of a family house where the project is implemented and who have had their residence at the address of the property for at least one year prior to the publication of this Call.
- Grant: The City offers co-financing of up to 90% of the incurred cost, but no more than €4,650.
4. Promoting Energy Efficiency in Households in the City of Križevci
- Public Call Status: Open, ongoing until funds are exhausted, but no later than September 1, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners of family houses with registered residence at the address where the project is implemented.
- Grant: The City offers co-financing of 80% of the justified cost of project documentation up to a maximum of €500.00 per application, 50% of the justified cost of equipment and construction of a solar power plant up to a maximum of €2,500.00 per application, or 80% of the justified cost of equipment and construction of a solar power plant up to a maximum of €4,000.00.
5. Energy Renovation of Family Houses in the City of Vukovar
- Public Call Status: Open, ongoing until the end of 2025. or until available funds are exhausted.
- Beneficiaries: Owners of family houses with residence at the address and location of the family house.
- Grant: The City offers co-financing of 10% of eligible costs, up to a maximum of €2,000.00.
6. Co-financing of Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Plants in the Municipality of Omišalj
- Public Call Status: Open, ongoing until December 10, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners of family houses or multi-apartment buildings.
- Grant: The Municipality co-finances a total of €1,000.00 per family house or building, i.e., installed photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of up to 5.00 kW; a total of €2,000.00 per family house or building, i.e., installed photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 5.01 to 11.00 kW; and a total of €2,500.00 per family house or building, i.e., installed photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 11.01 to 30.00 kW.
7. Co-financing of Photovoltaic Power Plants in the Municipality of Štrigova
- Public Tender Status: Open, ongoing until December 31, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners of family houses with residence in the Municipality of Štrigova, registered no later than 30 days before the application submission date for the Public Tender.
- Grant: The Municipality co-finances 50% of the total value of eligible costs, but no more than €4,000.00.
8. Grants for Promoting the Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Family Houses in the Municipality of Dugopolje
- Public Call Status: Open, the deadline for submitting applications is April 15, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners of family houses who have had their residence in the Municipality of Dugopolje for at least 90 days before the publication of the public call.
- Grant: The Municipality co-finances up to 50% of the total investment in a photovoltaic system, up to a maximum of €1,500.00.
9. Subsidies for the Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Households in the Municipality of Molve
- Public Call Status: Open, the deadline for submitting applications is July 31, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners of family houses residing in the Municipality.
- Grant: The Municipality offers subsidies up to 40% of the costs, with a maximum amount of €2,500.00.
10. Co-financing of Solar Power Plant Construction in Zadar County
- Public Call Status: Open, ongoing until April 30, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Natural persons who have had their residence at the address of the property where the project is being implemented for at least 30 days before the publication of the Public Call and who are investing their own funds in the measures.
- Grant: The County offers co-financing of up to 40% of eligible costs or a maximum amount of €4,000.00.
11. Co-financing of the Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Koprivnica-Križevci County
- Public Tender Status: Open, ongoing until April 18, 2025.
- Beneficiaries: Owners or co-owners of a family house where the project is implemented and who have their residence at the address of the family house where the project is implemented, registered no later than the opening date of the Public Tender.
- Grant: Koprivnica-Križevci County will grant funds up to 50%, but no more than €3,000.00.
