To break the everyday routine and relax after a tough week, we welcomed the arrival of autumn and organized the Duplico October(fest) backyard party.

Inspired by the legendary German Octoberfest festival, we took the opportunity to unwind, spend time together outside the office, production, and field, and share laughter and good food.
The idea was simple - transform our backyard into a place of joy and relaxation for our valued employees. We set up the CHEFlje trailer, which offered authentic Octoberfest delights such as sausages, pretzels, sauerkraut, and beer. To cater to all tastes, we prepared a diverse selection of desserts.

Our team was thrilled with this unique experience. With music in the background creating a true Octoberfest atmosphere, we socialized and relaxed at the end of a challenging week.
Hello October(fest) showed us that work and fun go hand in hand. A happy and relaxed team creates a more productive and motivated work environment, which is what we always aim for at Duplico. This event was an opportunity for delicious food and drinks and building lasting connections among employees.
During our October(fest) celebration, we organized a small contest where we challenged colleagues to list 5 key Duplico values in the shortest time possible. Helena, a colleague from the sales department, proved to be the fastest and won a well-deserved small gift package.
