Over the last 20 years, the progress and growth of our company have been incredible. With people who have been with us since our beginning and new employees who have found their place with us, we took the day off to celebrate our achievements over the years.
As a company, our most important goal is to foster a team culture and a positive atmosphere in the workplace. Therefore, we used this opportunity for another successful team-building event where we had a lot of fun and made new friendships among colleagues.
Inspired by Nikola Tesla
To build on the last two years of limited socialization, we created biggest Duplico team-building event yet. We started our gathering in the birthplace of Nikola Tesla in the small town of Smiljani, where we learned about the life and beginnings of Nikola Tesla's work and his ingenious inventions in the field of electrical engineering.
The "Nikola Tesla" Memorial Center inspired and reminded us of the beginnings of our company's operations and our numerous patents and innovations in the fields of telecommunications and electrical engineering.
After the inspiring life journey of Nikola Tesla, we headed to the adrenaline park "Likos" where, along with activities like archery, kayaking, and various team sports, we made new friends and, with a little help from adrenaline, overcame our fear of heights with a zip-line.
Nikola Tesla certainly reminded us that persistence and passion for innovation are the right paths to progress and creativity. Newly acquired knowledge about the life and patents of this great inventor will serve as inspiration for creating new and even better solutions for our partners and clients.
