- Create a weekly plan of activities, monitor their execution, and report to the project manager (work plan, list of personnel, list of materials, and weekly report to the project manager)
- Participate in the planning of electrical installations in accordance with the project, technical drawings, and specifications
- Define the necessary materials, resources, and deadlines for the execution of installations
- Organize and supervise the execution of electrical assembly works, ensuring that the work is carried out according to specifications, quality standards, and regulations
- Assign tasks, lead team meetings, and direct team members towards the achievement of project goals, providing support, motivation, and ensuring effective collaboration within the team
- Perform electrical installations according to technical drawings and instructions
- Mount and connect electrical components, install cables, lay pipes, and conduct electrical tests to ensure the proper functioning of installations
- Mount, connect, and install electrical components such as switches, fuses, motors, sensors, and regulators, in accordance with the electrical plan and technical specifications
- Adhere to safety regulations and instructions when working with electrical equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and other collaborators, and implementing necessary protective measures to reduce the risk of injuries or damage
- Communicate with clients, engineers, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders in the project, exchange information, and provide necessary progress reports
- Participate in the commissioning of various facilities/plants and fill out the corresponding record
- Order materials on-site according to the project and take care of the assigned SPM (Site Project Manager), ensuring regular and timely replenishment
- Take care of the tools and materials used
- Unload excess equipment/materials from the construction site and deliver them to the warehouse
