Tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage documentation and ensure that all relevant documentation, including policies, procedures, instructions, and records, is updated, accessible, and compliant with regulations
  • Continuously monitor and assess the organization's compliance with relevant standards and norms, such as ISO standards
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Organize and conduct employee training on QMS, quality standards, and their responsibilities in maintaining high-quality standards
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes within the organization to optimize efficiency, reduce losses, and enhance the overall quality of products or services
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the integration of quality into all stages of business processes
  • Prepare documentation and align internal processes of the organization for certification according to specific quality standards, such as ISO 9001
  • Monitor changes in standards, laws, and regulations and ensure that the organization operates in accordance with the latest requirements
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the employer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions
  • Experience in quality management, implementation of quality management systems (QMS), or related tasks
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other specific standards applicable to a particular industry
  • Possession of relevant certificates or accreditations related to quality management
  • Understanding of statistical methods and tools for quality data analysis, as well as the ability to apply these methods in the context of quality management
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders within and outside the organization
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify potential problems, and propose solutions
  • Ability to recognize issues in the quality management system and efficiently and quickly resolve them
  • Ability to adapt to changes and continuously learn about new standards, technologies, and methods in the field of quality management.
