Photocopier Service Technician (m/f)

We are continuously growing and expanding our business year after year. We are looking for a Photocopier Service Technician.

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of devices and software solutions at client sites
• Servicing and maintenance of multifunctional devices and laser printers
• Installation and commissioning of devices at client locations
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to printing systems
• Maintaining and updating printing devices to ensure optimal functionality
• Providing user support via phone, email, or in person
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure integration of printing solutions with other IT systems
• Documenting technical issues and solutions for future reference

• Minimum high school diploma (preferably in IT or related technical fields)
• Experience as a printer technician/specialist (minimum 1 year)
• Basic knowledge of various types of printers (laser, inkjet, multifunctional)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactive approach to solving technical problems
• Desirable: proficiency in spoken and written English
• Driver’s license (Category B)
