Junior electrical design engineer (m/f)

Tasks and responsibilities
  • reviewing and recording the current state of the facility
  • creating technical descriptions of electrical installations and systems based on the instructions of an authorized designer
  • preparing single-line diagrams of electrical cabinets and systems according to the instructions of an authorized designer
  • preparing three-line diagrams of electrical cabinets based on the received single-line diagrams
  • preparing block diagrams of power systems and control and monitoring systems
  • creating situational and layout drawings of electrical equipment within a system, part of a building, or facility as per the instructions of an authorized designer
  • creating a specification for necessary materials and work according to the instructions of an authorized designer
  • preparing and completing project documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering
  • proficiency in creating technical documentation, including drawings, diagrams, material specifications, and technical calculations
  • experience in drafting electrical installation plans, including electrical power distribution, lighting, security systems, telecommunications, control and monitoring systems, and other necessary electrical systems
  • ability to read technical drawings, architectural plans, and process and instrumentation diagrams
  • proficiency in creating technical documentation, including single-line and three-line diagrams, specifications, and preparations for electrical installation calculations
  • knowledge of national laws, regulations, and standards related to electrical installations
  • responsibility for the aesthetic appearance and accuracy of project documentation during printing, binding, and completion for submission
  • active use of software tools for electrical installation design, such as AutoCAD and ProgeCAD programs or specialized electrical engineering software
  • use of the ePlan software package for creating three-line and single-line diagrams and electrical cabinet layouts
  • ability to identify problems that may arise during the design of electrical installations
  • strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members, including clear expression of ideas, information transmission, and understanding assigned tasks
  • strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and complete tasks within designated timelines
  • openness to continuous improvement and keeping up with new technologies, trends, and innovations in the field of electrical engineering
  • advanced use of software tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
  • desirable/preferred – experience with software programs such as Revit, Simaris, Ecodial
  • English language proficiency: B2 level
  • driver's license category "B."
