Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education, preferably in economics or business law
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in English (B2) in both speech and writing to effectively communicate with foreign workers
- Experience in conducting selection processes
- Experience in conducting employment procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
- Self-organization, precision, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and in accordance with the company's rules and regulations
- Time and priority management skills, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Teamwork skills and empathy for employees
- Flexibility and adaptability to successfully navigate changes in the work environment
- Desire for continuous improvement of knowledge and skills in the field of human resources and readiness to participate in various training programs
- High level of work ethics, honesty, and discretion
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel and Word)
