Tasks and responsibilities
  • Participate in the selection process, including preparing and publishing job advertisements, conducting interviews using various tools and methods, checking references, and making hiring decisions
  • Research the labor market
  • Headhunt candidates
  • Regularly monitor and apply market trends in recruitment
  • Manage and maintain databases of potential candidates
  • Prepare and collect necessary documentation for employee hiring
  • Handle the employment processes for foreigners and communicate with employment agencies
  • Conduct onboarding processes, assisting new employees in integrating and adapting to the organization
  • Conduct offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and ensuring a positive relationship is maintained
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of selection processes, onboarding and offboarding processes, and other HR tasks
  • Participate in semi-annual and annual discussions with employees
  • Participate in presenting the employer at various events
  • Maintain various records and document management
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the employer
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher education, preferably in economics or business law
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles
  • Proficiency in English (B2) in both speech and writing to effectively communicate with foreign workers
  • Experience in conducting selection processes
  • Experience in conducting employment procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
  • Self-organization, precision, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and in accordance with the company's rules and regulations
  • Time and priority management skills, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Teamwork skills and empathy for employees
  • Flexibility and adaptability to successfully navigate changes in the work environment
  • Desire for continuous improvement of knowledge and skills in the field of human resources and readiness to participate in various training programs
  • High level of work ethics, honesty, and discretion
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel and Word)
  • Use of social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Driver's license category "B."
