Tasks and responsibilities
  • create a weekly plan of activities, monitor their execution, and report to the project manager (work plan, list of personnel, list of materials, and weekly reports to the project manager), and promptly inform the manager in case of delayed work
  • participate in the planning of electrical installations and solar power plants in accordance with the project, technical drawings, and specifications, defining the necessary materials, resources, and timelines for installation execution
  • organize and supervise the execution of electrical installation work, ensuring that the work is carried out according to specifications, quality standards, and regulations
  • monitor the progress of work and regularly report on the project's status
  • assign tasks, lead team meetings, and guide team members toward achieving project goals
  • provide support, motivate, and ensure effective collaboration within the team
  • perform electrical installations and implement solar power plants according to technical drawings and instructions
  • adhere to safety regulations and guidelines when working with electrical equipment, ensure a safe environment for all personnel, and take necessary protective measures to reduce the risk of injuries or damage
  • communicate with clients, engineers, supervisors, and other relevant project stakeholders.
  • participate in the commissioning of various facilities/solar power plants and complete records of the same
  • order materials from the field as per the project's location and take care of the assigned inventory control system, ensuring regular and timely replenishment
Requirements
  • High school diploma - Completed high school in electrical engineering/electromechanics/electrical installation
  • 4 years of experience in similar roles
  • fundamental understanding of electrical systems, as well as the principles of operation and characteristics of electrical components
  • experience in installing solar power plants and commissioning them
  • proficiency in electrical engineering, electrical installations, systems, and equipment is essential for effectively identifying potential faults and having a complete understanding of the operation of the systems being commissioned
  • knowledge of electrical symbols and labels used in various facilities and structures, which are often the subject of projects
  • understanding of the sizing of electrical components such as fuses, cables, switches, transformers, and the like
  • familiarity with terms such as supervising engineer, investor, construction site manager, and works manager across all fields and tasks performed at the construction site
  • good proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • strong knowledge of the English language, both in speech and writing
  • driver's license category "B."
