After the customer settles all financial obligations towards HEP and signs the "Network Use Agreement", and under the condition that the solar power plant is fully built, and all conditions from the "Rules on connection to the distribution network" are met - HEP submits a "Request for change of household status with own production".

The solar power plant can start operating after the investor has received the "Certificate of Change in Network User Status" and "Confirmation for Permanent Operation" from HEP.
